Convergence Technology Solutions

I serve as chief architect for the technology advisory practice at Convergence Technology Solutions (CTS). I’m also chief architect and lead builder for ARIA—the agentic AI backbone for Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures.

ARIA is an industry-leading assembly of agentic AI technologies and techniques that extracts ground truth from vast quantities of unstructured data, performs instantaneous analysis of complex datasets, conducts research on the most obscure of topics and prepares high-quality, factual and fully referenced reporting. It delivers substantial gains in speed, certainty and outcome quality for both sell-side and buy-side stakeholders.
